Description : - Kaung Myat Thu Co., ltd launched a website called Online Job Fair Myanmar in 2020 to provide technical assistance in the job search sector. Kaung Myat Thu Co., ltd was established in 2009 and launched a local job search company in 2010 with the official approval of the Ministry of Labor. Opportunity : - Online Job Fair Myanmar is a technology-enabled Webapplication program designed to provide direct communication between employers and employees, such as job fairs held in large halls, to provide job opportunities for both employers and employees at a time and cost savings. Everyone can easily participate in the Online Job Fair by registering a personal account with just a phone number. Problem : - Covid 19 The epidemic has hit the economy hard, with entrepreneurs cutting back on staff costs as they cut costs. 

As a result, there was a shortage of jobs. In such a situation, both employers and employees can not afford to spend time and money. Solution : - Online Job Fair Myanmar was established to provide job opportunities that save time and money through direct contact between employer and employee. It has three functions: Company, Agency, Seeker and 18 Job Title Categories. Employers can post for job vacancies and search from job seekers. Job seekers can apply directly from the job post, and Job seekers can apply directly for the job they are interested in from the job application, and the system has been set up so that they can be hired by the employer according to the information in the completed profile.
